CAMERA Prompts Correction in Foreign Affairs on Israel’s Capital

After communications from CAMERA, Foreign Affairs corrected an inaccurate reference to Israel’s capital.

The Nov. 6 article “What Hariri’s Resignation Means for Lebanon” initially stated,

With Hariri out, the Lebanese government’s legitimacy is immediately in question, making it a theoretically easier target for Hezbollah’s foes, including Washington and Tel Aviv, who consider the Shiite group a terrorist organization.

The piece has been corrected, and now refers correctly to “Washington and Jerusalem.”

CAMERA and its international departments have recently secured similar corrections in the Los Angeles Times, Times of London, Daily Mail,  Newsweek, India Today, and The Diplomat.
