Recently, the LA Times interviewed two politicians – Jerusalem Mayor Nir Barkat and Arab MK Ahmad Tibi, putting the paper's bias on full display. While controversies surrounding Barkat were detailed, reporter Edmund Sanders failed to inform readers of Tibi's support for Israel's enemies and allowed him to distort numerous other facts. 
Palestinians claim that settlers tried to enter a Palestinian village. The IDF denies it. The LA Times reports that settlers clashed with Palestinians in the village, a claim that not even the Palestinians themselves make. 
The Los Angeles Times publishes another Op-Ed calling for the dismantlement of the Jewish state. Jonathan Kuttab's piece makes ludicrous assumptions about the fate of a Jewish minority in a "binational state." 
In his article today about the allegedly peaceful and nonviolent Bilin demonstrations, Richard Boudreaux of the Los Angeles Times discounts the rock-throwers who have injured some 200 Israeli soldiers and border policemen.
The LA Times published an Op-Ed calling for boycott, divestment and and sanctions against Israel by Neve Gordon, a radical Ben Gurion professor and veteran defamer of Israel. 
Edmund Sanders' Los Angeles Times article on Maale Adumim includes falsehoods about the nearby Palestinian village of Azariya. His claims about water, employment and building are contradicted by official Palestinian census statistics. 
The Los Angeles Times today corrects one of three errors found in its coverage of the Pope's visit to Israel. The two omitted errors had been previously corrected by the paper back in 2003 and 2008.
George Bisharat, a law professor at UC Hastings, has the very unfortunate habit of leveling blatantly false charges in his anti-Israel op-eds, which just as unfortunately sometimes get published in major newspapers. 
The Los Angeles Times has published another Op-Ed calling for the revocation of Jewish national rights, and in doing so unfairly applies a different standard to the Jewish people and Israel than it does to other nations and nation-states.
