From May 20 through May 24, 2002, The World's Patrick Cox presented a five-part special report entitled "A Middle East History," where he attempted to sum up the complex history of the Israeli-Palestinian conflict in brief soundbytes, drawing heavily on Arab propaganda claims, omitting relevant information, and skewing the facts.
On June 21, National Public Radio's Morning Edition once again used biased pro-Palestinian terminology while reporting a Palestinian terrorist attack, in which forty-year-old Rachel Shabo of Itamar and three of her sons were slain when a heavily armed terrorist burst into their home and opened fire.
An April 5 Los Angeles Times editorial claims that most Palestinians in the West Bank and Gaza oppose terror ("Mideast's New Road Map"). In fact, a recent poll by the Beit Sahour-based Palestinian Center for Public Opinion indicates that 64.3 percent of Palestinians support suicide attacks against Israelis inside Israel (March 6, 2002).
