This is why we’re disappointed at the student newspaper's silence over the basic factual errors and egregious omissions in the USG resolution itself. To apply the editorial board’s own words, the resolution “did not even pretend to acknowledge both sides of what, in the end, is a very nuanced situation.”

NBC News' biography of Mehdi Hasan claims he is “an award-winning journalist known for riveting one-on-one conversations.” Based on his recent segment featuring the cofounders of Ben & Jerry’s, whatever awards Hasan may have won should be surrendered and instead given to Axios’ Alexi McCammond.
